Back Alley King

His immaculately kept clothing and sense of style seem to directly contrast his crude manner of speaking and behaving. A confident, if not cocky attitude seems instilled within his very bones, a wildness which refuses to be tamed in his soul. Always ready for a fight, and prepared with a fresh shirt for when it gets inevitably stained with blood.

With countless resources, an unknown background, and the ability to deal with almost anyone's dirty little secrets, the finely dressed brawler can be found anywhere, and for any reason.

The Good Doctor

On the surface, a philanthropic doctor who helps those in need, no matter who they may be. Providing medicine and food to the worst neighborhoods in Kugane. Offering work to those in desperate need. A saint, a savoir, an angel.

Underneath, a dealer of dreams and the immoral. A twisted provider of narcotics and goods that support a lavish, decadent, and debauchery filled lifestyle. He manipulates those around him to his whims, no remorse in tossing aside someone's life to fuel his own. A tyrant, a puppeteer, a devil.

A true villain through and through, one not worth getting involved with, lest they wished to be ruined. But if you are desperate, maybe it is worth making a deal with the devil.

The Oni of Kugane

Found in anything from rags to robes, a wandering giant is somehow passed over by every eye in the city as he seems to meld to the shadows.

His origin remains largely unknown. His purpose only known to a select few. But the prevailing rumor to any who know of this grim reaper, is that no matter where he may wander, a trail of blood is sure to follow.

Imbued with enormous strength, an unfeeling body, and an inexplicable power, this Oni will not be satisfied until vengeance is had.

RP Hooks
Vigilante: Originally based out of Kugane, Damien now travels all over Eorzea, his destination never known to most. At night he moves, finding those he feels are deserving of punishment, and promptly dealing it out. Maybe he is there to assist your character, or perhaps yours is the one in need of punishment.

Strange Abilities: Those who have seen him fight, swear there is a supernatural way about his abilities. The manner in which his giant form seems to melt into shadows. The way his shadow flickers and moves. Hunters have sought him out, but none have returned. Interested in possibly learning more? The only way is too approach...

Background: Few know where this man came from, or why those of evil have drawn his ire. But a rare few might remember the tales of an underground pit where a "beast" by the name of "Oni" was made to fight daily. They may also remember how the fighting pit was one night destroyed, every person who ran it found in unidentifiable pieces. Perhaps he is the same person, perhaps not.

Gentle Giant: Not all who cross his path are destined for pain. To those who hold no ill intentions, the man is a docile creature. One who can be found in the woods, simply enjoying nature, resting in its healing embrace.

Dirty work: Have something that needs to be dealt with discreetly? No matter what it may be, Xado seems to have the ability and resources to get it done. Know though that his price is not cheap, but in that comes the assurance of silent efficiency.

Fighting: One of life's greatest pleasures for this self-called king. Once known for having a blood penchant for starting a fight for any reason, Xado has since calmed a bit, and now rather partake in watching a show more than anything. Do not think him meager than before though, as his true abilities are shown on those unlucky enough to draw his ire.

Entertainment: What better way for a self-proclaimed king to act, then to spend it on entertainment. Clubs, bars, eateries, whatever it may be, Xado will be there to indulge, and expecting to be treated like the king he thinks himself to be.

Treasures: Xado is a collector of rare and priceless artifacts, because what better way to show off your wealth than a shiny object that belongs in a museum? Have something to trade or sell? Know of a rare treasure's location but require some assistance obtaining it? Xado might just be your man then.

Yakuza Associations: Rumors of his association with the Yakuza are aplenty, as he is often seen entering and leaving their facilities. Those better informed may know just why he is so accepted by the Yakuza of Kugane, and what a high position he holds among them. Perhaps you have business with him due to this, or you might desire to find out just what he offers that has him so accepted by the Yakuza.

Narcotics: Phenomenal at the art of apothecary, the Raen has focused his skills specifically in the field of drug-making. His knowledge and ability in making some of the purest, high end narcotics, has him highly valued by many in Kugane. Need high end supply for your organization? Perhaps looking to buy for some personal use? Hideaki is the man for you. But be warned, you must be sure you have enough to pay up, lest you fall into debt with this man. Something not so easy to escape.

Money to Spend: Due to his work, and having hoarded his money for a long time, the Raen has money to spend, and he intends to use it on all of life's pleasures. Entertainment, delicacies, pleasure, anything of high value are things he would want to blow money on. Have something of interest? Good, he will take you up on it.

Looking for Work: Known as the Good Doctor of Kugane, Hideaki has been known to offer work to those low and downtrodden. With a fair wage and many jobs for individuals to perform, he can provide. And if you are able to catch his eye in your ability to work, he may just offer you an opportunity you may find hard to resist...

Hello there, I go by Jay, and I have been RPing in FFXIV for a couple of years now. Took a break for a bit, but now I am back and looking to make all sorts of contacts!

I am up for all kinds of RP's in all kinds of scenarios. Dark/ Mature RP, Casual RP, Combat RP, I look forward to it all. I am up for one-offs, plots, pre-established, you name it. Death is off the table though, but most other things are good as long as there is good OOC communication! Please let it be known though that all my characters tend to be morally ambiguous, so if it is something that may be a problem, please let me know!

I am based in the CST timezone, and am usually available throughout the day, so timezones do not mean much to me. I will note that I do rp on discord and in game but over discord I tend to be slow to reply, doing better usually in game!
